DESCRIPTION

Uvarov 200 is a commemorative digital experience dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Count Aleksey Uvarov, founder of the Imperial Russian Archaeological Society. The website guides visitors through key stages of his life from his youth to his achievements, family, and role in establishing the museum, all presented as a sequence of scroll-activated chapters. Each section is enriched with portraits, expedition documents, museum photographs, and artifacts, all layered into a narrative animated with GSAP-driven scenes and intersection-based transitions.

EXPERIENCE NOTE

On this project I learned how to:

• keep animation logic modular and maintainable,
• balance historical authenticity with frontend polish,
